This pathway is designed primarily for teachers in subjects such as:
• Mathematics • Physics • Chemistry • Biology • Computer Science / IT • Engineering
• Economics or Business Studies • Physical Ed • Music & Art • Primary Education.
Because repayment is structured after employment begins, eligibility is strictly limited to candidates who meet specific professional and mobility criteria.
How the Pathway Works
Submit the Pay While You Earn eligibility application
Eligible candidates are invited to a short screening interview
Approved candidates enroll in the TEFL Tycoon programme with a reduced upfront deposit
Once employment begins, the remaining programme balance is repaid over a short agreed period
Who This Pathway Is Designed For
This pathway is most suitable for teachers who:
Have at least 2+ years classroom teaching experience
Teach high-demand subjects
Are ready to relocate internationally within 3–6 months
Are interested in building a career in international education

Due to the nature of international recruitment and salary-linked repayment arrangements, only a limited number of candidates per intake may qualify for this pathway.
