The Opportunity

The Gulf Is Ready for You.

The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman are in the middle of the most ambitious tourism, hospitality, and development expansion in their history. New hotels. New schools. New hospitals. New cities being built from the ground up.

Every one of those employers is looking for what you already have: native English, a professional service background, warmth with international clients, and the drive to build something better for yourself.

Chelsea Recruits was built to be the bridge between the Caribbean's talent and those opportunities. We prepare you properly. We introduce you to real, confirmed employers. We make sure you land — not just arrive.

Start Your Gulf Career
from as little as U$400.

We built a payment option that means the fee is never the reason you do not go. Pay a small deposit today. The rest comes from your Gulf salary — after you are already earning. Here is how it works.

The Deferred Plan

Pay a Deposit Today.
The Rest Comes from Your Gulf Salary.

This is the option most of our candidates choose. You pay a small deposit to secure your place and begin your professional preparation. The remaining balance is recovered in small, capped monthly amounts directly from your Gulf salary — after you are already earning tax-free in the Gulf.

You are repaying from money you would never have had if you stayed home. And once your balance is cleared — every dirham you earn is entirely yours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions We
Hear Most Often.

If your question is not answered here, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 24 hours.

How much does the programme cost? +

The most popular option is our Deferred Payment Plan — you pay a deposit today and the remainder comes from your Gulf salary. GIP+ deposit: U$450. TAP+ deposit: U$400. The balance is recovered at no more than 10% of your monthly Gulf salary over 12–18 months.

Does my employer pay for my visa and flights? +

Yes — under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, your employer is legally required to cover all visa costs, your Emirates ID, airfare from Jamaica to your destination, accommodation or a housing allowance, health insurance, and daily transport. These are never deducted from your salary. Chelsea Recruits never charges a placement fee.

How long until I get a job? +

Our target deployment cycle is 30–45 days from when a client confirms your slot. After applying, we review your application within 5 business days. Accepted candidates complete professional preparation in 4–6 weeks, then your profile is submitted to matched employers. Healthcare roles requiring DHA/DOH licensing may take longer due to government processing timelines.

What salary will I earn in the Gulf? +

All Gulf salaries are completely tax-free. Typical ranges: hospitality AED 3,500–7,000/month · registered nurses AED 8,000–15,000 · teachers AED 8,000–18,000 · retail AED 4,000–7,000 · digital and technology AED 6,000–12,000. Because accommodation, flights, visa and health insurance are all employer-covered, most of what you earn is yours to save or send home.

Am I eligible if I am not from Jamaica? +

Yes. The programme is open to professionals from across the Caribbean — including Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, and other Caribbean nations. You must hold a valid Caribbean passport, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be genuinely committed to a 12-month international placement.

Is Chelsea Recruits a licensed and legitimate agency? +

Yes. Chelsea Recruits Jamaica Ltd is fully licensed by the Jamaican Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS). All placements comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and applicable GCC labour regulations. No placement fee is ever charged to candidates for the act of securing employment — it is a legal requirement and our firm commitment.

Can I choose which country I go to? +

Yes. You indicate your preferred destination at application — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman. We aim to match you to a market that fits your background, qualifications, and personal preferences. You also set your minimum acceptable salary, and we will only submit you for roles that meet or exceed it.

What if I do not get placed? +

We cannot guarantee a specific job — no ethical agency can make that promise. What we can guarantee is that we will prepare you fully and actively submit your profile to every relevant confirmed employer in our network. We will keep you informed at every stage and continue working on your behalf throughout your enrolment.
