Pay While You Earn – Selective Placement Pathway

Thank you for your interest in the Pay While You Earn pathway for the TEFL Tycoon Level 5 Certification Programme.

This pathway is designed primarily for experienced teachers in high-demand subject areas such as Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Studies, and Physical Education who may be eligible for international school placements through Chelsea Recruits partner institutions.

Due to the nature of international recruitment and salary-linked repayment arrangements, only a limited number of candidates per intake may qualify for this pathway.

Qualified candidates may begin the TEFL Tycoon programme with a reduced upfront deposit and repay the remaining balance after employment begins.

Because programme repayment is structured after employment begins, eligibility for this pathway is strictly limited to candidates who meet specific professional and mobility criteria.
